Salesflow is an award-winning lead Generation company that served more than 500 companies to set up their desired deal. They work with marketing, advertising, real estate, PR agencies, consumer, and many other agencies and help them to close the deal. Job Objective

We have started our very first project in 2014 with Salesflow Inc. and the objective was to find 200 verified contacts for a specific industry in a week. Mostly their requirement was to find C-level contacts of those companies. After a few years, they assigned 1000 contacts per week( Name, Title, Email, and Phone No). Their Targeted contact was C-level.

TEN Capital is based in Austin, TX, and has been connecting startups with investors for over ten years. Their main streamline business is to mediate between investor and startup. Company CEO Hall Martin has been actively working to set up the deal and help both investors and startups. In the middle of their journey, Ten Capital outsourced their list-building task to Caparison Soft. Caparison Soft has been appointed as an offshore partner of Ten Capital Network in 2015.

Job Objective

The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation service. The initial aim was to connect investors from texas only and later it reached worldwide. Ten Capital usually asked our team to find 500 investors and 500 startups initially and after few weeks it jumped to find 1000 investors and 1000 startups for a specific niche. The basic requirement of the client was to create a genuine crowdfunding portal where he can run a program where an investor and startup could join.

Building investors and start up’s list in a specific industry was quite a challenging task. We maintain Trello to collaborate and organize the project into boards. After collecting the data, we prepare a database on (aptitude), an online-based CRM platform solely dedicated to helping Real Estate Industries all over the world to track every record related to their businesses. We also verify Potential Contacts and keep records of followed-up Individuals. Blueground is a real estate tech company that offers furnished apartments to vetted guests for stays of 30 days or longer. Blueground maintains a lot of channels throughout the world serving their apartment and keeps a safe track in their own system. Blueground has 3500+ Apartments in 13 cities & 3 continents around the world. So maintaining a huge set of logs for every day was kind of a challenging task and they chose to work with the remote team alongside their in-house staff. In 2018, Caparison Soft has started its first project with Blueground and it becomes a never-ending process for both of us.

Job Objective

As a Remote team, Key responsibility is to assist the team in the listing/advertising process of Blueground’s properties in online sales channels, for maximizing their utilization and occupancy across cities.

How we serve

Blueground’s requirement is quite sophisticated in terms of renting an apartment. We have appointed 7 Data Research specialists to this project. In general, we perform a lot of admin tasks to help Blueground in-house staff.

Newton X connects subject-matter experts with the world’s leading investors, consultants, and business and technology executives. Newton X connects experts and clients to facilitate the exchange of insights that shape the business world. Mostly they do online surveys and research.

Job Objective

The main role includes replying to emails on a daily basis; the second phase focuses on reaching out to professionals in different industries and geographies as a part of a market research study through a social media channel. Distributing survey links to the target professionals if they are interested in participating and gathering proof of participation.

How we serve:

Newton X sends 300-400 surveys and query types emails in our different email accounts which need to be responded in the same day. In order to handle a large number of emails, we have assigned 4 outreach experts. Every email needs to answer that makes sense which they use for further plan. Generally, we classify all survey and query emails and reply within the same day. Our outreach experts also invite few professionals to join their program through LinkedIn and another social platform. After accepting the participation of professionals, our experts list them in Newton X internal CRM.
